Before I started Perla, I spent years physically installing windows and doors for large companies across the GTA. I was the one on the ladder. I was the one cutting the frame, sealing the edges, making sure it was level and tight. And I saw things that bothered me. Rushed jobs. Gaps left unsealed. Installers told to finish faster so the company could book the next sale. Homeowners paying premium prices for work that would fail in 3 years — and nobody would be accountable.
